When will my order arrive?

I ordered the wrong size/item, can my order be ammended?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend it in any way. When you receive your order, you can return this to us for an exchange.
I have entered the wrong delivery address, what do I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if an order is processed and despatched to the address attached to the order.
Can I return an item?
You may return an item for a refund within 28 days of receipt in its original condition.
Any sale items can be returned through our E-commerce department for a full refund. If you wish to bring any sale items back into store, you will be issued a credit note or exchange only.
Once a shirt has been personalised we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. The same applies if a player was to leave the club or change squad number. Returns or exchanges on personalised products will only be accepted if the incorrect name or number was printed or if the product is faulty.
Which products cannot be returned?
The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):
- Face coverings, underwear and body jewellery (hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Food and Drink
- Personalised products
- Toiletry products and gift sets
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Products or packaging in a poor condition
Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or you do not have proof of purchase, we are unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
How do I return or exchange an item?
- Complete the returns form (this will have been sent with your original delivery) and send back to us along with the items you would like to refund or exchange.
- Post the parcel back to us, via recorded delivery to the following address:

Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed. Please ensure your returns form is filled out correctly, so we can process your refund/exchange as efficiently as possible. If we have any queries regarding your return, we will contact you via phone or email.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, we will refund the cost of the return postage back onto your original method of payment. Please then send the product(s) back to us, along with a completed returns form, via recorded delivery. As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will despatch the correct product.
I placed an order for an item on Pre-Order, what does this mean?
Pre-Order means that we do not currently have the item in stock and we are awaiting delivery. Once we receive the stock, you order will be shipped. On all pre-order products there is a date that will advise you of an approximate date that we receive the stock, this date is subject to change. Payment for any pre-ordered products will be taken on the day of purchase.
Why can’t I place an order? Why is my card being rejected?
Please ensure all card details have been entered correctly and you have sufficient funds in your account. Your billing address must also match with where the card is registered. If all details are correct and you are still experiencing problems please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is Foxes Rewards?
Foxes Rewards is the new Rewards scheme by Leicester City Football Club, which has been put into place to ensure supporters are rewarded for their continued support.
How do I join the scheme?
If you are a Season Ticket Holder, Seasonal Hospitality client, Fox Member or Digital Member, then you will have been automatically enrolled into the scheme.
If you are none of the above, then you can join the scheme by signing up to LCFC.com.
How does it work?
There are currently two scheme levels.
Scheme One is for Season Ticket Holders, Seasonal Hospitality clients and Fox Members. These are all paid-for packages. Their Foxes Rewards are redeemable from the launch date.
Scheme Two is for Digital Members who have signed up to LCFC.com only. Digital Members will be able to accrue rewards but will only be able to redeem rewards once they are or become a paid-for Fox Member.
I’m a Season Ticket Holder. How much cashback do I receive?
You will receive 10% on retail purchases made in store and online, provided that you present your Season Ticket at the till, or checkout whilst logged in online.
I’m a Fox Member. How much cashback do I receive?
You will receive 5% on retail purchases made in store and online, provided that you present your Membership card at the till, or checkout whilst logged in online.
I’m a Seasonal Hospitality client. How much cashback do I receive?
If you sit in the Legends Lounge, Banks Lounge or Fosse Club, you will receive 10% on retail purchases made in store and online, providing that you present your Season Ticket at the till, or checkout whilst logged in online.
If you sit in The Gallery or Premier Lounge, you will be contacted separately by your account manager, who will provide you with all the information you need. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.

I have a complimentary/companion ticket. Am I enrolled onto Foxes Rewards?
As you hold a complimentary ticket you have not been auto-enrolled onto Foxes Rewards and you are ineligible to join.
What products do I earn rewards on?
You are able to earn rewards on most retail items, in store and online – this includes all adidas replica kits. Certain products, such as sale items, shirt printing, illustrations and vouchers are excluded.
How do I earn rewards?
You will be able to earn rewards on merchandise purchases in store at King Power Stadium and online at LCFC.com. You will also be able to earn bonus rewards by keeping up to date with the Foxes Rewards offers and promotions.
How do I redeem my rewards?
You can redeem your awards against merchandise purchases made in store and online, providing that you present your Season Ticket at the till, or checkout whilst logged in online.
Can I earn/spend my rewards against tickets and memberships?
No, you are only able to earn/spend rewards against retail items.
How long do my rewards stay on my account?
Your accrued rewards will be continuous and will carry over each season unless otherwise stated by Leicester City Football Club.
What promotions and offers can I expect over the season?
Double reward offers, chances to bid on money-can’t-buy experiences and items.
How can I find out my rewards balance?
You can go to your account page on LCFC.com to view your Foxes Rewards balance at any time, providing you have re-registered your account. Alternatively, you can ask in store when you are at the till.
Do I need to show my Season Ticket/Membership Card in store to earn/redeem my rewards?
Yes. In order for you to earn and redeem rewards, you will need to scan your Season Ticket/Membership card at the till. If you are not in possession of your card, you will need to provide the correct account details and provide a form of ID.
How do I redeem online?
If you are logged in and have successfully linked your www.lcfc.com account to your ticketing account, you will be able to redeem your Foxes Rewards on shop.lcfc.com.
Your Foxes Rewards will be displayed within the checkout process and can be subtracted on the ‘payments page’ on the checkout.
I don’t want to be on this scheme. How do I leave?
You are free to leave the scheme at any time. Simply contact LCFC Help on email@example.com with a clear instruction of your intention to exit the scheme.
I made a purchase yesterday. Why are my rewards still showing as pending?
Rewards will appear as ‘pending’ and will not appear on your balance for 28 days after the initial transaction. You will not be able to redeem ‘pending’ rewards until they become active.
Why 28 days?
The Club’s Returns Policy is 28 days. This is in place to ensure that rewards are not redeemed against returned items.
