What are the contact details and opening times of the Internet Sales Department & City Fanstore?
The Fanstore opening times are as follows* -
On matchdays the fanstore is open from 9am to kick-off, then for a following 45 minutes after the final whistle.
*Please note all opening times may be affected by bank holidays.

When will my order arrive?

Can I return an item?
You may return any item for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt in its original condition for a full refund.
Once a shirt has been personalised we are unable to offer a refund. The same applies if a player was the leave the club or change squad number. Returns on personalised products will only be accepted if the incorrect name or number was printed or if the product is faulty.
How do I return or exchange an item?
- Complete the returns form (this will have been sent with your original delivery) and send back to us along with the items you would like to exchange/refund.
- Post the parcel back to us, via recorded delivery to the following address:

If the item you requested for an exchange is out of stock, we will contact you in due course.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, we will refund the cost of the return postage back onto your original method of payment. Please then send the product(s) back to us, along with a completed returns form, via recorded delivery. As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will despatch the correct product.
I placed an order for an item on Pre-Order, what does this mean?
Pre-Order means that we do not currently have the item in stock and we are awaiting delivery. Once we receive the stock, you order will be shipped. On all pre-order products there is a date that will advise you of an approximate date that we receive the stock, this date is subject to change.
Why can’t I place an order? Why is my card being rejected?
Please ensure all card details have been entered correctly and you have sufficient funds in your account. Your billing address must also match with where the card is registered. If all details are correct and you are still experiencing problems please contact us at email@example.com.
What are Foxes Rewards & who is entitled to them?
Foxes Rewards is the club’s new rewards scheme, exclusively fashioned by Leicester City for our most loyal supporters.
It replaces the traditional 10% Season Ticket Holder and 5% Member discount scheme.
For all retail purchases either in-store or online, fans earn Rewards equivalent 10% of purchase price for Season Ticket Holders, and 5% for Fox Members.
For example: the purchase of a home shirt at £50 would earn £5 or £2.50 in Foxes Rewards for a Season Ticket Holder or Fox Member respectively.
Foxes Rewards can be spent online and in-store 28 days after the initial purchase.
How do I earn Foxes Rewards?
To earn Foxes Rewards in-store, supporters should simply present their Season Card or Member Card at point of purchase.
To earn online, supporters must be logged-in to this site (purchases made via guest checkout will not earn Rewards).
Your online cart will display an estimate of the Rewards you will earn for your order, however this will not include any Rewards promotions that may be active at the time.
How do I spend Foxes Rewards?
In-store, supporters again just present their Season Card or Member Card at point of purchase and request that Reward value be taken off their purchase price.
Online, Rewards can be spent during the 'Payment' phase of the Checkout process. Again, you must be logged-in to be able to spend the Rewards.
The Payment phase of the checkout will display your current Rewards value, and allow you to include some or all of that as a payment method.
How do I view my Foxes Rewards?
Supporters can view their balance anytime, by logging in and visiting the www.lcfc.com/account page.
The current balance will be shown, and the Rewards earned for recent purchases will be shown in the 'Shopping' section of the page.
Can non-members earn Foxes Rewards?
Any supporter who has created an account on lcfc.com can earn 'potential' Rewards for any purchases they make online, at the 5% rate.
These Rewards can only be redeemed when the supporter becomes a full Foxes Member, however.

Any supporter can create an LCFC Account for free, at signin.lcfc.com.
Are Foxes Rewards earned on all retail purchases?
Unless otherwise stated at time of purchase, yes. Including sale items.
Note that Rewards are not earned on postage costs, however.
Also note that the Foxes Rewards scheme is unrelated to the Priority Points system used when buying match tickets: Ticket purchases do not earn Foxes Rewards, and Foxes Rewards cannot be redeemed against ticket purchases.
