Delivery
Your personalised cushion will be delivered into our warehouse approximately 2 - 3 weeks after the date you placed your order*.
You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number or a 'ready to collect' email, once your order has been processed.

We are not able to offer refunds or accept returns/exchanges on any personalised products. Please check your order on screen carefully before processing payment, as we cannot refund products which have been spelt incorrectly.
