Shipments to the US
Tariffs apply to all imports*: Since 5th April 2025, most shipments to the U.S. are subject to a minimum 10% duty.
Higher tariffs for some Countries: From 1st August 2025, certain Countries face higher duty rates (20–50%), depending on origin of the product you order.
De Minimis changes (small shipments under $800): From 29th August 2025, De Minimis is eliminated for all countries, meaning all shipments pay duties, no matter the value.

Click & Collect
All customers using our Fanstore collection service will receive an email when their order is ready to collect. A form of photo ID and the 'ready to collect' email need to be shown, when collecting your item(s) at the Fanstore.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
As we begin processing your order you will receive an email confirmation, which also includes your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your item via the Track and Trace website.
*Delivery times can be affected by busy periods, courier delays and bank holidays.
DHL Express
All UK orders that are sent via DHL Express, will require a signature upon arrival. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the next available working day which is Monday. Orders placed after 1pm Friday or over the weekend, will be delivered on Tuesday.
*Next working day delivery excludes remote areas of the UK, busy periods, weekends and bank holidays.
Europe

*DHL Express shipping to the EU is not affected by delivery duty. Our European delivery service includes the cost of all customs duties, taxes and clearances.
**We are currently unable to deliver to Russia.
All EU orders that are sent via DHL Express, will require a signature upon arrival. DHL Express will notify you by email and/or SMS on your shipment's progress along with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

*We ship International parcels as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as they are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

| Shirt Personalisation | Shirts that require personalisation (name, number and/or sleeve badges) may incur delays due to printing time, busy periods and stock levels. |
| Delivery Delays | Our delivery times are a guideline. We endeavour to process all orders, as quickly as possible. However, this is sometimes affected when we experience busy periods such as Christmas and product launches. |
| Pre-Orders | All products on pre-order at the time, will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives. Please refer to the product description of the item ordered, for a more specific time scale. |
