Delivery Within the UK
FREE Foxes Fanstore Collection – (up to 5 Working Days)
Orders placed for Foxes Fanstore Collection can be picked up from the main till points at the Foxes Fanstore, please ask any of our friendly shop floor staff for help to guide you to the correct area. All customers using our Fanstore collection service will receive an email when their order is ready to collect, this could take up to 5 working days. Please can customers ensure that a form of photo ID and the email confirmation are brought along with them when collecting their item(s). Orders can be collected during the store opening hours which will be confirmed within your collection email.
Tracked UK Delivery - £3.95
All orders placed for tracked UK delivery are sent via Royal Mail tracked. These orders will arrive within 5 working days after the time of despatch from our warehouse. Once your order has been despatched from the warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also be able to track your parcel using the Royal Mail service and the tracking number provided. Delivery times can be effected by Weekends and Bank Holidays.
DHL Express Delivery (When ordered by 1pm GMT)- £5.95
All orders placed for DHL Express delivery will require a signature upon arrival. Once your order has been despatched from the warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation and your parcel will be delivered the next working day. You will also be able to track your parcel using the DHL Express service and the tracking number provided. Please refer to your DHL despatch email for the estimated delivery date. Guaranteed next working day delivery excludes remote areas of the UK, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Delivery Outside of the UK
Rest of the world (2-4 working days) - £15.95
All of our parcels are shipped with DHL EXPRESS, which requires a signature on arrival.
Once your order is processed and despatched, DHL EXPRESS will notify you by email and SMS on your shipment's progress along with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
If this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customise your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.
DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY offers flexible delivery options:
- Deliver my Package on Another Day: Scheduled Delivery
- Deliver my Package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family
- Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorize Shipment Release
- Deliver my Package with Neighbour: Leave the package at your Neighbour, Reception or Guard
- Deliver my Package at a DHL Service Point: Hold for Pick‐up Collection
- Request to Store my Package: Vacation Hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days
Customs & Duty
For orders shipping to the EU after January 1st, additional import charges/taxes may need to be paid by you upon delivery. If you are contacted by a courier and are asked to pay import duties within the EU, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries.
Our policy is to ship DDU terms (delivery duty unpaid) and therefore, any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.
We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
Additional Delivery Information
Although we try to process and despatch on the day of order, this may not always be possible for the following reasons-
- Pre-Orders – All products on Pre-Order at the time of order will be despatched as soon as stock arrives.
- Shirt Printing – Shirts that require personalisation may incur delays due to printing time.
- Delivery Delays - The estimated delivery times are a guideline. We try to ensure all orders are dispatched and received in the soonest possible time, this can sometimes be effected when we experience busy periods such as Christmas and product launches. We may also require address verication or proof of authenticity of used cards or other payment methods, please always provide the correct information to allow us to avoid any possible delays.
