We do not offer exchanges. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order.

All items returned via post will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse (please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return).

If you return an online order to the Foxes Fanstore, you will be given a receipt and the refund will then be issued by our E-Commerce team. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

*Once a shirt has been personalised we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. The same applies if a player was to leave the club or their squad number changes during their career at Leicester City.

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or you do not have proof of purchase, we are unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

How to return an item:
Complete the returns form (this will have been sent with your original delivery) and send back to us, along with the item(s) you would like to refund.
Post the parcel back to us, via recorded delivery* to the following address -

*We recommend that any returns should be sent using a signed delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible if the return package is lost in the post.

Alternatively, items can be returned to the Foxes Fanstore. Along with the returned items, please bring with you a copy of your order receipt, ensuring this is within the specified 28 days.
