*The Foxes Fanstore will close at KO on match days and reopen again for 45 minutes after the final whistle.

When will my order arrive?

I ordered the wrong size/item, can my order be amended?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend it in any way. As long as this has no personalisation you can return this to us for an full refund, when you receive your order.

I have entered the wrong delivery address, what do I do?

Please contact us at [email protected] immediately after placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if an order is processed and dispatched to the address provided at the time of ordering. 

Can I return an item?

You may return an item for a refund within 28 days of receipt in its original condition.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, we will refund the cost of the return postage back onto your original method of payment. Please then send the product(s) back to us, along with a completed returns form, via recorded delivery. As soon as we receive proof of postage back to us, we will dispatch the correct product.

I placed an order for an item on pre-order, what does this mean?

Pre-Order means that we do not currently have the item in stock and we are awaiting delivery. Once we receive the stock, you order will be shipped. On all pre-order products there is a date that will advise you of an approximate timescale, which is subject to change. Payment for any pre-ordered products will be taken on the day of purchase.

Why can’t I place an order? Why is my card being rejected?

Please ensure all card details have been entered correctly and you have sufficient funds in your account. Your billing address must also match with where the card is registered. If all details are correct and you are still experiencing problems please contact us at [email protected].
