REFUNDS & RETURNS
Any full priced items purchased between 15th November - 24th December, will have an extended returns period up until 31st January 2022.
IN STORE: If you wish to return any sale items purchased, you will be issued with a credit note only.
ONLINE: If you wish to return any sale items purchased, the usual 28 day returns period still applies.
You may return an item to us for a full refund, as long as it is still in its original condition and packaging. To recieve a full refund, the items have to be sent back within 28 days from the original date of receipt.
Any sale items can be returned through our E-commerce department for a full refund. If you wish to bring any sale items back into store, you will be issued a credit note or exchange only.
Once a shirt has been personalised we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. The same applies if a player was to leave the club or change squad number. Returns on personalised products will only be accepted if the incorrect name or number was printed or if the product is faulty. This also includes pre-printed options.
Which products cannot be returned?
The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):
- Face coverings, underwear and body jewellery (hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Food and Drink
- Personalised products (including pre-printed options)
- Toiletry products and gift sets
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Products or packaging in a poor condition
Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or you do not have proof of purchase, we are unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
How to return an item -
- Complete the returns form (this will have been sent with your original delivery) and send back to us along with the items you would like to refund.
- Post the parcel back to us, via recorded delivery to the following address –

We recommend that any returns should be sent using a signed delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible if the return package is lost in the post.
Alternatively, items can be returned to the Foxes Fanstore, which is located at the stadium. Along with the returned items, please bring with you a copy of your order receipt, ensuring this is within the specified 28 days.
Our store opening times are as follows* -
Monday to Friday: 10am until 7pm
Saturday: 9am until 5pm
Sunday: 10am until 4pm
The Foxes Fanstore will close at KO of match days and reopen again for 45 minutes after the final whistle.
*Opening times may be affected by bank holidays and match days.
